Rod Abernethy of Rednote Audio is proud of his involvement in the award winning DEAD SPACE game. Rod says, “Beginning with the fabulous live recording sessions at Skywalker to the 2009 BAFTA ‘Best Original Score’, the 2009 Game Audio Network Guild’s ‘Audio Of The Year’ award, and the Game Developer’s Choice Award for ‘Best Audio’, I’ve enjoyed watching Don Veca and the entire EA audio team accept the awards with well deserved pride.”

Alpha Protocol-Sega’s upcoming espionage RPG

Rod Abernethy and Rednote Audio are composing for Sega’s new Alpha Protocol developed by Obsidian Entertainment. Obsidian will take you on a journey they hope will meld the aura of the three JBs – Jason Bourne, Jack Bauer and James Bond. Players take on the role of Michael Thorton, a special agent who has been betrayed by his superiors and hunted by his own country for perhaps knowing too much. Rod’s music for the game will be recorded live with the Northwest Symphonia at the Bastyr Chapel in Seattle. Available for the PC, PLAYSTATION 3, and Xbox 360 in summer 2009!
